Major property portals operate by selling buyer phone numbers, search histories, and inspection shortlists to selling agents and mortgage brokers. OptiWealth FairBid never sells, rents, or shares your shortlisted addresses or audit requests with real estate agents, auctioneers, or financial brokers.
Ephemeral Analytical Processing
When you run a FairBid property audit, our system cross-references public planning registers, comparable sales, and strata litigation records in real time. We do not maintain intrusive profile dossiers on individual home buyers.
App Store & Mobile Integrity
Our native iOS and Android mobile apps request only minimum required operating permissions. We adhere strictly to Apple App Store App Tracking Transparency (ATT) guidelines and Google Play Store Developer Policies.
Non-Training AI Processing
Address queries and heuristic parameters are processed via enterprise tier-1 AI inference endpoints under enterprise terms where user queries are never used to train public foundational AI models.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you access the OptiWealth FairBid web platform or native mobile applications, we may collect the following limited categories of information:
- Property Search Queries: Australian street addresses, suburbs, state postcodes, and property attributes submitted to generate FairBid Free and Paid audit dossiers.
- Transaction & In-App Purchase Records: When purchasing a $4.99 AUD Paid Advocate Audit, transactions are processed directly by Apple App Store (In-App Purchase) or Google Play Billing. OptiWealth does not store or access your credit card numbers or banking credentials.
- Technical & Diagnostic Telemetry: Anonymised device architecture, operating system version, and error traces to ensure high availability and prevent malicious API quota scraping.
- Advertising Identifiers (Free Tier Only): The Free Community Tier displays standard mobile ad units (via Google Mobile Ads). Users can manage or reset ad tracking preferences directly in their device privacy settings.
3. How We Use Information
We process information solely to provide independent property due diligence services:
- Synthesising multi-factor hedonic property valuations and price guide spread analysis.
- Screening council defect notices, planning overlays, and strata litigation registers.
- Evaluating 9-module spatial proximity metrics (rail transit, school zones, noise exposure).
- Processing customer support enquiries submitted through our official contact portal.
4. Australian Privacy Principles (APP) Compliance
The OptiWealth FairBid application is operated by AcornWorks Digital Consulting Australia Pty Ltd (trading as OptiWealth AU). We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
